Technical Tip: Archive email search on a FortiMail
Description
This article describes the steps required to perform a search in an archive folder on a FortiMail device.
It is assumed that email archiving is configured on the FortiMail device.

Solution
- Go to Monitor -> Archive -> and select an archive account. Select the Search button at the top of the archive folder page. The Archive Email Search tab will appear.
- Select New. This will display the search window.
- Setup the filters desired to search then select Create. This will create a query with the criteria supplied.
- Refresh the query and check the status. Once the query state shows 'Done' select the query to access the search results.
