Why has the chapter "Deploying and configuring ELB-based HA/LB" disappeared from FortiOS 7.4 ?

I want to deploy FortiGate-VM HA in AWS to connect IPsecVPN with other physical FortiGate in other locations by using NLB, which makes failover faster  than SDN-connector deployment as i think.

but the chapter "Deploying and configuring ELB-based HA/LB" has gone since FortiOS 7.4 AWS administration Guide while FortiOS 7.2 AWS Administration Guide has one.

I am afraid if i can take fortinet support for ELB-based HA/LB configuration with FortiOS 7.4,

and glad if i figure out why this chapter has gone since FortiOS 7.4.

Additionally i can't find any deployment procedure to implement Internal  LB, which is supposed to loadbalance diverse traffics destined to any port (not specific) from various servers in VPC. so i am going to use TransitGW on behalf of Internal LB.
