Unable to process through trial license

I am trying to activate trial license for FortiGate VM on my LAB environment but nothing happens after I enter the credentials under trial license activation. 

After 3 - 4 times of attempt, I can see the firewall registered on my account but still I am unable to passthrough the firewall activation process. 

Can someone please assist me on this? 

PS - I have internet to the firewall.
I don't have any other devices registered under the portal.
