HELLO, when I download the fortigate vm FFW_VM64_KVM-v7.4.5.M-build2702-FORTINET.out.kvm.zip , but when i try to log in to fortigate in web ui , they told me to upload the file but when I try to download the file for to upload it , I went to the site of fortinet I try to put the serial number of fortigate but they told me that the serial is invalid , it is this FFVMEVAKVJZ4TR99 , so I can not use the fortigate vm

Try downloading FGT_VM64_KVM instead of FFW_VM64.

Hi,

This is a support forum for AWS. From the image you have downloaded I can see you are trying to install on KVM. Is that the case? The FFW is not the same as the regular FortiGate.

You should download an image that has the following name. It should start with FGT:

FGT_VM64_KVM-v7.4.5.M-build2702-FORTINET.out.kvm.zip
