IPsec VPNs tunnels is up, but i can't ping and incoming data and outgoing data is not working

Hello guys,

I have a VPN ipsec tunnel configured between two sites which are up but I cannot ping and also the incoming data and outgoing data do not work.
Does anyone have an idea why this isn't working?
I am available for any questions to make people understand.
I would also like to point out that the Fortigate firewall runs on AWS and the local server is also there.
For more information my ssl-vpn client works perfectly but on the other hand the IPsec vpn does not receive or send traffic.
