How can i check the logs of update in EMS

Hi everyone 

Where can i find the logs of the update in my endpoints, for example:

Enpoint 1 has update the 7.2.2 versión 02/12/2024

Enpoint 1 has update the 7.2.5 versión 10/12/2024

Im using the Forticlien EMS
