Failed to login FortiGate 100D by console

1.The equipment is a bit old and we start to use it for POC .But  not able to access by consolt.
2.I double verify the consolline is working fine , i can use the consolt line to access Cisco Switch ,but fail to login Forti.

3.The seril line seem fine ,but no any word in the screen.Tried to set bit/rate as 9600 or 115200,but failed.
My enqironment :
PC : COM  (port 7)
SecureCRT : use the same port setting as the PC COM port.

How can I access the Forti 100D by consolt ？Please help.Great thanks a advance.
