Troubleshooting Tip: Unable to Download Raw Logs from a Registered FortiCloud Account

| Solution | When a FortiGate device is registered with a FortiCloud account and logging is enabled, it is expected that logs can be accessed for up to seven days. (Refer to the screenshot below.)
Although the Raw Logs are visible under Analytics > Log Archives > Raw Logs, users with a free subscription are unable to download them, as the download button remains greyed out. (Refer to the attachment below.)
To enable Raw Log downloads from the FortiCloud account, a Premium Subscription is required, which can be verified by consulting Feature Comparison - FortiGate Cloud administration guide. |
