| Solution | A FortiGate device is provisioned under a FortiGate Cloud account using the Premium Portal Beta for log storage. This beta portal relies on the FortiAnalyzer Cloud backend for FortiGate Cloud log storage.
If the steps above did not resolve the issue, collect the output of the following CLI debug commands:
Verify account details:
diagnose test application forticldd 1
If account details are correct, collect the output of the following CLI debug commands:
diagnose debug reset
