Technical Tip: How to purchase FortiGate Cloud license via FortiCare

1. Log in to FortiCare(Fortinet Customer Service & Support).

Visit the Fortinet support portal(support.fortinet.com), and log in or register for an account.

2. License renewal.

After login, on the FortiCare dashboard, under Asset Management, select Online Renew -> Renewal.

3. Select the FortiGate device.

• Choose the FortiGate firewall that requires a FortiGate Cloud license.
• Select Renew and check 'I am NOT a government user' declaration and confirm.
• Under Renewal options, select the pen icon to customize the license.

• Select Customized Package and select 'FortiGate Cloud Service' and confirm.

4. Complete the purchase order.

• Confirm the agreement and enter the payment details.
• Submit the order.

Note:

This process is only for Non-Government users. For government users, a Fortinet reseller should be contacted for renewals or contact Fortinet directly at renewals.
