Technical Tip: Forcing FortiGate to refresh the upgraded FortiCloud quota
Description
This article describes an issue when the FortiCloud account activated on the FortiGate is shown as 'Free version (1.00GB)' despite having been upgraded to the paid version.
Scope
FortiCloud.
Solution
Execute the following command on the FortiGate CLI. It will update the FortiCloud storage quota:
execute fortiguard-log update

If this did not help, this issue can be fixed by rebooting the FortiGate.
