Technical Tip: Cannot download firmware image from Support Portal

| Solution | This issue happens when pop-ups are blocked by the web browser. To resolve the issue, allow pop-up windows. The example below is showing how to allow pop-up windows on Firefox. Go to Settings and search for pop-up, make sure the 'Block pop-up windows' is unchecked.
After allowing pop-up windows, firmware downloads work.
