| Solution | The following capture provides a visual representation of the issue.
This is a known issue in version 7.6.4.
The user category still loads its subcategories; the issue is specific to the default subcategories only.
A workaround is to set the subcategory via CLI, which functions correctly, but after saving the settings, the subcategory will still not appear in the GUI list, which is just a GUI issue.
