This issue occurs in environments with 2 or more interfaces configured with SSL VPN and internet access.
For example:
- The FortiGate has interfaces wan1 and wan2 connected to Internet.
- SSL VPN needs to respond to SSL requests from the same interface
# config vpn ssl settings
# set route-source-interface enable
# end
