Troubleshooting Tip : The user is unable to edit the VLANs on FortiSwitch ports on the FortiGate

| Solution | There will be specific situations that require a change of VLAN for the switch port on FortiGate but the VLANs are not getting changed when trying to change it as shown in the pic below:
To change the VLAN, first change the Mode of the port to static, 'right-click' on the port, and under mode select static:
Once selected, it gives the option to edit VLAN:
Editing the VLAN shows the VLAN to choose from as shown below:
