Troubleshooting Tip: The Firewall Policy GUI page gets stuck in loading state on FortiOS v7.6.7

Description

This article describes a known issue where the Firewall policies Interface Pair View gets stuck when scrolling to the bottom of the browser.

Scope

FortiGate v7.6.7.

Solution

In the GUI, go to Firewall Policies and scroll from the top to the bottom in Interface Pair View.

The GUI page will get stuck in a loading state, specifically when there are more policies.

The workaround is to use 'By Sequence', then all policies will be loaded completely.

This issue is identified and will be fixed in the upcoming FortiGate v7.6.8.
