Troubleshooting Tip: Mismatch between the number of policies shown in the GUI and the number of entries in the CSV

When FortiProxy contains more than 10000 policies, when exporting via Policy & Objects -> Policy -> Export option.

The exported file may have more firewall policy entries than the GUI.

This is caused by the delimiter.  

Here is the way to resolve it.

Open a blank Excel file.
Go to Data → Get Data → From Text/CVS.
Choose the file.
Select Delimited → Comma → Load.

With these steps, the row count is now 10804, including one row for the column, another row for the title, and 10804 rows for policies.
