Description This article describes the error while transferring an existing account to another account on FortiGate GUI.

Solution

To transfer a device to another FortiCloud account refer to the below document :

Sometimes users may get the following error while transferring:

This happens because of a failed FortiGuard connection.
Establish the connectivity to the FortiGuard server and the error will disappear.
