1. When a user tries to log in to FortiGate Cloud, the following popup window may appear.

2. This window means a new patch version available for upgrade on the listed devices. If both the devices are paid tier (subscription), the customer may choose to upgrade them at their convenience. If devices are free tier (no subscription), devices will be paused from the FortiGate Cloud service if not upgraded to the latest patch version within 7 days to the patch release.
