Description This article describes an issue where the error 'entry not found in datasource' occurs when enabling the Security Profile Group in the proxy policy. It provides a step-by-step guide to resolve the issue.

Solution

When the Security Profile Group is enabled in the proxy policy, the error 'entry not found in datasource' appears.

To solve the issue, make sure to only enable proxy-based UTM profile in the Security Group profile before applying the profile to the proxy policy.

Then the Security Group profile can be applied to the proxy policy without error.

Other UTM profiles (such as IPS, App-ctrl, DNS filter) can be enabled if required.
