| Solution | When registering the FortiGate by GUI and/or CLI but an error is constant and the registration is not successful, this could happen because the email register on FortiCloud (or the FortiCloud account) is more than 50 characters.
Even if the FortiCloud portal and registration process are not limited for having an email of more than 50 characters, the activation could fail because of this.
The limit (to not fail) is 50 characters, use an account/email with 50 or fewer characters to evade an error activating on the FortiGate. |
