This article describes a situation where FortiGate Cloud sends a Software End Of Support (EOS) notification for v7.0, despite the device running on v7.2, v7.4 or v7.6.

Solution

FortiGate Cloud displays a Software End of Support (EOS) notification for v7.0, although the device is currently running v7.2,v7.4 or v7.6, as shown in the image below.


Note: 

If the firmware has already been upgraded, this notification can be safely disregarded.
