Troubleshooting Tip: Difference between the Web Filter and DNS block page

The first screenshot is a web filter block page and the second screenshot DNS filter block page.
If a page is blocked by DNS, it will always by default redirect to FortiGate's block portal IP '208.91.112.55'. It will always be the html page with the error: 'Web Page Blocked!'. It can also be redirected to any address specified under the DNS filter option.
