Troubleshooting Tip: 'admin-forticloud-sso-login' missing for 200G, 201G, 700G and 701G Series

Description This article details the status of the 'admin-forticloud-sso-login' command in the 200G, 201G, 700G and 701G Series.
Scope FortiGate-200G FortiGate-201G FortiGate-700G FortiGate-701G.
Solution

When attempting to enable the 'admin-forticloud-sso-login' command, the following error is observed:

 

config system global

    set admin-forticloud-sso-login enable
    command parse error before 'admin-forticloud-sso-login'
    Command fail. Return code -61

 

Enable FortiCloud SSO under System -> Settings -> Administration Settings -> Allow administrative login using FortiCloud SSO.


If the FortiGate model has a TPM Trusted Platform Module (such as 200G, 201G, 700G, and 701G), this feature is disabled by design. There is no workaround for these models.
