| Solution | To configure SSL VPN bookmarks, go to VPN -> SSL -> Portals and edit the desired portal. Then, go to VPN -> SSL -> Settings and ensure that the web mode option is enabled. If the web mode option is disabled, all corresponding bookmarks will be automatically removed from the configuration file.
After upgrading to a new firmware version 7.2.13, the bookmarks will also be removed because there are no existing web mode or bookmark configurations available to migrate to the new firmware.
