Technical Tip: Use FortiGuard Category Based Filter as workaround when ISDB not working temporarily

The user cannot access office productivity sites on the browser when using Microsoft Internet services in ISDB. The user has used Microsoft Internet services in ISDB to ensure that other users can only access office productivity sites.

Solution: 

Use FortiGuard Category Based Filter to allow only access to office productivity sites on the browser, while blocking all other websites. This workaround is to allow users to use office productivity sites on the browser while the ISDB issue is in the process of being resolved.
