Technical Tip: Unable to view FortiView disk logs when FortiGate Cloud logging is enabled

| Solution | If disk logging is enabled and FortiGate Cloud logging is disabled in the Log Settings, the 5 minutes, 1 hour, and 24-hour are available in the drop-down for disk.
When FortiGate Cloud logging is enabled, in the FortiView data, the only source displayed is FortiGate Cloud and can be identified with the Cloud Icon.
To view the FortiView from the disk select the '3 dotted 'symbol and Settings:
Select FortiGates instead of FortiGate-Cloud and select Ok:
After selecting FortiGates, the FortiView data will change from FortiGate Cloud to memory/disk:
