| Solution | This error message will be seen from the GUI when assigning the FortiToken mobile to the user.
The possible cause is FortiGuard server is unreachable. To resolve the FortiGuard unreachable issue, follow the link:
Once the FortiGuard server is reachable, the user can assign the FortiToken to the users.
If the issue persists, the following output can be taken:
diagnose debug reset diagnose fortitoken debug enable
diagnose debug disable <----- To stop it.
