Technical Tip: Unable to print Wi-Fi vouchers after upgrading to FortiOS v7.4.11

Description

This article describes a situation where the Wi-Fi voucher print option is no longer available after upgrading to FortiOS v7.4.11. The admin user is unable to print Wi-Fi vouchers under User & Authentication -> Guest Management, despite having the necessary permissions.

Solution

In FortiOS version before 7.4.10, the 'Print' button is available under User & Authentication -> Guest Management when the admin has a prof_admin profile.

In FortiOS versions 7.4.10 and 7.4.11, the print option is missing.

The fix for this issue is included in FortiOS version 7.6.7, and it is scheduled to be included in the upcoming version 8.0.1.

For the affected FortiOS versions, in the 7.4 version train, the workaround is to use the super_admin account instead of the prof_admin.
