Description

This article describes an issue in FortiOS where the message 'Some Fortinet service subscriptions have expired' persists in the GUI beyond 30 days after the associated license or subscription has expired.

Scope FortiGate v7.4.4, 7.6.0.
Solution

By default, the expiration notification should disappear 30 days after a subscription expires.
However, in FortiOS versions v7.4.4 and v7.6.0, the message may continue to appear indefinitely, even when accessing the FortiGate GUI through an incognito or private browser window. This is just a GUI display issue.

This issue has been resolved in FortiOS versions 7.4.5, 7.6.1.
