| Solution | When the user sees 'Show Monitored DCs/Show logon user/set Ignore user list' are greyed out as the below screen capture. Even though the FSSO service account has all the privileges.
The reason for this is unchecking 'Monitoring user logon event' as below.
Enable 'Monitoring user logon event' the same to highlight 'Show Monitored DCs/Show logon user/set Ignore user list'.
