Description

This article describes an issue where the Search field is missing on the Dashboard -> Firewall User Monitor page when there are a large number of FSSO user logons (more than 1000).

Scope

FortiGate v7.2.8, v7.4.4, v7.4.5, v7.6.0.

Solution

When there are a large number of FSSO user logons (more than 1000+), the search field is not found on the Dashboard -> Firewall User Monitor page as shown below.

This can prevent an administrator from effectively searching for specific user information within the list.

This issue has been resolved in versions 7.2.11 and 7.6.1.

Workaround:

Use CLI to view or deauthenticate the user as outlined in the articles:

  1. TAC Report:

    execute tac report

  2. Configuration file of the FortiGate.
