Technical Tip: Repurposing Virtual Wire Pair Ports as LAN/WAN Physical Ports

Procedure to Remove Virtual Wire Pair Configuration and re-purpose the physical port:

1. Navigate to Network -> Interface -> Virtual Wire Pair.
2. Select pair-1, and select 'vw1'.
3. Select the Ref. (3) link to view associated references.
4. Delete Policy 1, Policy 2, and the virtual wire 'pair-1'.

Once these items have been deleted, the interfaces vw1 and vw2 will no longer be associated with a Virtual Wire Pair configuration. They will revert to functioning as standard physical interfaces and can be configured accordingly.
