Description This article describes how to list all serial numbers of your FortiGate HA members, as well as any FortiSwitches and FortiAPs managed by FortiGate.
Scope FortiGate.
Solution
  • FortiGate HA.

Execute the command:


get sys ha status

For example:

 

get sys ha status

HA Health Status: OK

Model: FortiGate-VM64-KVM

Mode: HA A-P

Primary selected using:

ses_pickup: disable

override: enable

Configuration Status:

    FGVM1VTM2300XXX(updated 4 seconds ago): in-sync

    FGVM1VTM2300XXX(updated 3 seconds ago): in-sync

.

.

.

Primary     : FGTA        , FGVM1VTM2300XXX, HA cluster index = 1

Secondary   : FGTB        , FGVM1VTM2300XXX, HA cluster index = 0


This will show the Primary and Secondary HA members in multiple lines of the output.

  • FortiSwitch.

Execute command (on the FortiGate):

execute switch-controller get-conn-status

 

For example:

execute switch-controller get-conn-status

Managed-devices in current vdom root:

 

FortiLink interface : fortilink

get wireless-controller wtp
