Solution
Fortinet DOES NOT provide an FTP server to download the Fortinet Firmware

From where is it possible download FortiGate Firmware version to install in the unit ?
- The client has to login the support.fortinet.com with their credential to download it.
URL: https://support.fortinet.com/Download/FirmwareImages.aspx
- Once login is successful to the Fortinet portal.
Go to Download -> Firmware Images
Select Product: FortiGate -> Download
Click on the Folder to download the appropriate Firmware image for the specific unit.
The image file is end with the file extension .out
