| Solution | In the situation that it is required to unregister an FortiGate from FortiManager’s device list, other than deleting it from the FortiManager’s device list, CLI command in FortiGate below may also be used.
This may arise when the FortiManager has been replaced and 'exe fgfm reclaim-dev-tunnel' applied in FortiManager, but it still fails to trigger the FortiGate to point to the new FortiManager’s serial number.
# execute central-mgmt unregister-device <old FortiManager serial number>
