Technical Tip: How to view WiFi Events in FortiGate Cloud

Description This article describes how to view WiFi Event logs in FortiGate Cloud.
Scope FortiGate Cloud, FortiGate.
Solution

In the FortiGate, it is possible to view WiFi Events under Log & Report -> System Events -> WiFi Events.

However, there is currently not an option in FortiGate Cloud to specifically filter by WiFi Events.

 

  1. Navigate to https://support.fortinet.com -> Services -> FortiGate Cloud.

  2. Double-click on the FortiGate to bring up the analytics for this device.

  1. Go to Logview -> Events -> Logs -> All Events logs to view the WiFi Events.
