Technical Tip: How to view 'Traffic Shaping' and 'Traffic Shaping Policies' from GUI

This article describes how to view 'Traffic Shapers' and 'Traffic shaping Policies' from the GUI.

Scope

FortiGate.

Solution

By default, the 'Traffic Shapers' and 'Traffic Shaping Policies' options are visible on the GUI.

If not visible, those options can be enabled from Feature Visibility.

Go to System -> Feature Visibility, enable 'Traffic Shaping' and select 'Apply'. 

To enable in the CLI: 

config system setting 

    set gui-traffic-shaping enable
