| To move the mobile token from one VDOM to another VDOM that VDOM should be management VDOM. - Make sure the free trial mobile tokens are in available status before moving them to another VDOMs.

To transfer the token to another VDOM (example: Internal VDOM ) the VDOM should be changed to management VDOM. Navigate to System -> VDOM -> Select the VDOM name -> Select Switch management.

Delete the trail token from the previous VDOM and Reimport in another VDOM (Internal). Navigate to Internal VDOM -> User & Authentication -> FortiToken -> Select import free trail token.

Once the token is moved to another VDOM (Internal) assign the token to the users. - To assign the token to the user and activate refer to the below KB article:Technical Tip: FortiToken-Mobile configuration in detail
