Technical Tip : How to restart SD-WAN to clear the cache

Sometimes, SD-WAN routes behave incorrectly, such as choosing the wrong interface. This issue may arise due to outdated or corrupted cache entries.

To clear the cache, run the below command on FortiGate CLI:

diagnose sys sdwan reset

All SD-WAN application ctrl internet service cache and route-tag address cache will be clean out .
