Technical Tip: How to request a category change for a website or domain incorrectly listed under the Web filter

1. Submit the URL to check its rating by accessing the FortiGuard webfilter
   
2. After seeing a category displayed for the submitted URL, select 'Request a Review':

3. A web form will be presented. Complete and submit this form for the category change request to be reviewed. See:https://www.fortiguard.com/faq/wfratingsubmit

Wait for a reply from the FortiGuard team regarding the request. If it is taking too long, follow up via email or contact Fortinet support. While waiting for the request to reflect, consider applying the following workarounds:
