Technical Tip: How to export the connected FortiAP list from FortiGate

Description This article describes the process of exporting the managed FortiAPs from the FortiGate GUI.
Scope FortiGate.
Solution

Follow these steps to export the managed FortiAP list from the FortiGate:

 

  1. Navigate to WiFi & Switch Controller -> FortiAPs.

  1. Navigate through the page and select any of the columns: the Gear Icon will appear on the left.

  1. Navigate to the Gear Icon -> Export -> CSV/JSON.

Once complete, FortiGate will download the CSV/JSON file to the local machine.
