Technical Tip: How to download different or old versions of FortiClient and FortiClientEMS from the Fortinet Support Site

Only user accounts with a registered product can download FortiClient from the support portal. Accounts without a registered product can download it from the following link:
Product Downloads and Free Trials

1. Go to the Fortinet support site

2. Log in to the support portal:

3. After logging in, select 'Support' at the top of the page and then select 'Firmware Download':

4. Open the drop-down menu and select FortiClient or FortiClientEMS:
   
   

5. Select the desired operating system for the FortiClient or FortiClient EMS installer:
   
   

   

   
   
   
6. Navigate and select the desired version. Click on HTTPS to download the FortiClient/FortiClientEMS setup executable:
   
   

An alternate Location for downloading FortiClient and FortiClient EMS can be found in FortiCare Legacy:

1. Navigate to Support -> FortiCare Legacy -> Downloads:

2. In downloads, select Firmware Download.

    

   

    

3. Select the desired product, such as FortiClient or FortiClient EMS.

    

   

    

4. Navigate through the directories for the required FortiClient or FortiClient EMS version.

    

   

    

Note:

'pop-ups' must be allowed by the web browser for the download to work.
