Technical Tip: How to download database from the support portal and upgrade them on FortiGate

| Scope | FortiGate. |
| Solution | Login to the FortiGate support portal. Select Support, and navigate to service updates.
Go to the device.
Select the files to download and upgrade them on FortiGate.
Note: For a Microsoft Azure On-Demand user that does not have a physical FortiGate license, there will be no Service Updates available in the portal. Open a TAC ticket at https://support.fortinet.com/ to request the relevant database.
