| Solution | It can be necessary to downgrade to the previous version in FortiGate Cloud. This can be done by enabling the Legacy Portal option under Administration -> User Settings and enabling the option for the Legacy portal.
Note: Downgrading to the previous version of FortiGate Cloud is not supported starting 25.2.a.
