Solution
In 6.4.x, an automation stich 'Network down' is available under Security Fabric -> FortiOS Event Log.
By default, it is disabled.

In 6.4.x, an automation stich 'Network down' is available under Security Fabric -> FortiOS Event Log.
By default, it is disabled.
To Enable, select the 'Network down' automation stich and set status to 'Enable'.
Once enabled, edit the automation stich and add the email ID under 'Email settings'.

Note.
1) Keep the email body field as it is.
2) Make sure proper email server configuration is already configured in the firewall under System -> Settings -> Email service.
