| Solution | FortiGate versions 7.0.x and above feature a dashboard widget that can be used to monitor the status of IPsec.
To add it, go to the FortiGate Dashboard and select the + sign.
 Place any name for this widget that matches the feature to be monitored. In this case, 'IPsec' is appropriate. Select OK to apply the name.
Next, select Add Widget.
In the search field, find 'IPsec' and select the Add button. Select Close and then Add Widget.
