Technical Tip: How do I add a signature to all outgoing (SMTP) email?

To add a standard email signature

1. Go to Firewall>Protection Profile.
2. Add a new or edit an existing Protection Profile.
3. Select Anti-virus.
4. Enable "Add signature to outgoing emails:" and add the content of the signature.
5. Add this Protection Profile to the firewall policy that accepts outgoing SMTP traffic.

The protection profile will add the content as a signature to all SMTP email that exits your network.
