| Solution | The added group filter on the FSSO collector agent is not reflecting on the FortiGate.
In the image below, the only serial number is set in the field of the FortiGate serial number section, which is not the correct format for applying the group filters.
The correct format is: format <SN>-<VDOM>.
Example below:
After correcting the format of the group filter on the collector agent, the selected group filter is effictive.
