Technical Tip: FSSO DC Agent is not visible in FSSO controller agent

This article describes that FSSO DC Agent is not visible in FFSO controller agent.

Sometimes FSSO DC agent can be missing in the FSSO controller agent.

The possible reason is the DC agent port (8002) is not allowed in the controller agent server or the windows firewall is blocking the port.

FSSO DC agent sends login information to the FSSO controller agent through port 8002.

For successful communication between the FSSO controller agent and the DC agent in the controller server port UDP/8002 should be open through the Windows firewall system. For SSL enabled, TCP/8003 is required.
